Hello everyone and Happy New Year!
As we are still getting ourselves back in the swing of things and I will let you know that if you still interested in joining either the Saturday or Tuesday Beginner Flamenco Dance Class, there is still room. The Tuesday class is pretty much at capacity, but there is still room in the Saturday class. If you would like a schedule and registration form please email: carmen@carmenromero.ca
Also, we are still trying to get the Cajon class going. In the Original Schedule we have it listed as Thursday nights, although we can run also on Monday nights. Please let me know if you are interested.
Call to musicians: we are looking for people who play instruments other than guitar and cajon and would like to learn how to use their musical skill in Flamenco. It would be for the Cuadro Flamenco Class on Tuesdays from 8:15-9:45pm. If you play piano, cello, violin, percussion, flute, sax and so on please contact me: carmen@carmenromero.ca

Details: this will be a two hour workshop with a specific focus on how to accompany either a dancer, guitarist or singer with Palmas and Jaleo. I am teaching this workshop because the flamenco community needs people who can do this "SKILL/Art". Do you know that in Spain there are people who do this for a Living?.
